Comal, a company active in the sector of plant engineering for the production of energy from solar sources and one of the main operators in Italy for large plants, is the seventeenth admission since the beginning of the year on the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises and brings 134 the number of companies currently listed on AIM Italia.
During the placement phase, Comal raised 8 million euros. The free float at the time of admission is 34.78% and the capitalization is equal to 23 million euros.
The company was assisted by Alantra as Nomad and Global Coordinator, MIT Sim is the Specialist of the operation.
